Special Notice: Please only send back the defected phone body with one battery in order to test after fetching from the factory. If the defected phone is including other accessories (such as the back cover and stylus pen and memory card and so on), we would not take responsibility for the loss in the transaction. Please write the problem of phones clearly and write your email address on a piece of paper put in the box. So that we can solve the problem and contact you as soon as possible .If not, we only can wait you contact us then deal with it. You'd better make a note write like this:

We are always applying ourselves to better our service for all our valued customers. Following are some questions our customer asked us.
1) About warranty time
All China phones sold from our site all have one-year warranty since the date you ordered the phone。
2) About warranty range
We will only be held responsible for warranty products which are purchased directly from our website with an order number.
Purchased from reseller who has purchased from us are not included. Please contact the reseller who sold it to you.
3) Instructions for returning faulty goods
1, before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort
out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
2, if there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under
our twelve months warranty.
3, generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using
couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.
If the package detained by custom,or any tax need to pay, we cannot take responsibility .
